Thanks for this shortcut Asp. Looks like all the gear is meant to help with survivability.

Considering the amount of armor you have directly corrolates to how hard the mobs hit and how hard they are to kill, this may be the purpose, but it won't work.

So if I wear common armor the mob is easier to kill? This means they scale to the player or to the group? Don't make fun of me if I go streaking through elite caves.

I think common would be pushing it a bit. There has to be some balance of damage and armor along with enough basic stats to stay alive. Unfortunaltely I'm both sick and in the middle of a big project so am not able to play much right now, but I'd like to do group testing with this.

But a fantastic example was one warrior we were trying to get haunted. We tried about 8 times nad never came closer than 1:38. I made the warrior take off his mythics and put on a hellish set I had on Koors. First run with him in that gear and our run was 1:26.This pattern is consistent and conclusive over 4 months of tests. Unfortunately not many people are willing to strip their myrhics, especially warriors, so I have not been able to do much group testing.

The one set of tests we did in an elite caves group showed legendary run times being equal to those with mythics. This proves the point because legendary gear has significantly lower damage, so those runs should have been much slower.

Interesting for sure. I will try some legendary equipment and do some testing.

Yes, that's the one I had read. That was about setting the boss level with a twink, then one-hitting it with your end game character.

Shift your focus to the first part! As you said, it's hilariously easier to kill hard bosses like Helena as a L15 in much less time than a capped character. So my proposition is to farm them points at 15 like crazy then pop a few XP elixirs and make it to 35. 52k EXP raw, 26k with the elixirs or so.
